RT goes over in Bermuda

WRITTEN BY

A Rough Terrain crane overturned yesterday while working on soft sand in Bermuda, we have been told that no one was seriously injured in the incident.

RT Bermuda 1

The crane went over while pick & carrying on soft sand

The crew quickly called in another Rough Terrain crane which worked from the road and helped put the overturned crane back on its wheels with the aid of an excavator to steady it. You can see a video of the team recovering the overturned crane by clicking here

RT Bermuda 2

In spite of just having had a unit overturn, the recovery crane is set up with little concern for the ground conditions and no mats used
