General Crane USA and affiliate, Republic Tower and Hoist, LLC, were recently sued for nearly $200,000 in Dallas County District Court.
In the October 9 complaint, the plaintiff, Texas-based Remote Dynamics, Inc., alleges that it entered into separate purchase and service agreements with General Crane and Republic Tower to provide over 100 “Mobile Units” and accompanying web-based services used to track crane equipment leased throughout the country.
According to Remote Dynamics, its products use a “combination of global positioning systems and telemetric technologies” to provide information on the use of equipment and vehicles.
