Heavy rain takes crane

Torrential rains caused a 50 ton crawler crane to slide into the Tuckaseigee River in Cullowhee, North Carolina (south west of Ashville) last week.

The crane, an FMC Link Belt of some vintage, was being used by the North Carolina Department of Transportation on a bridge replacement project.
