The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) recently issued two Crane & Rigging Group Project Safety Awards in October. These awards salute the bond that grows from the mutual efforts of SC&RA company members and their clients to ensure that safety truly comes first. Projects with zero recordable injuries/illnesses are eligible.
Members personally present the award to their client. The following companies submitted award winning projects:
- Atlas Industrial Contractors, Columbus, Ohio
- Hawaiian Crane & Rigging, Ltd., Kapolei, Hawaii
Unlike other SC&RA awards presented at the annual conference, the association issues Crane & Rigging Project Safety Awards monthly based on applications submitted to SC&RA. SC&RA members may apply for multiple awards throughout the year, but only one award will be issued per project.
