Crane and Rigging Rodeo at ConExpo 2011 – The Pro Rigger

WRITTEN BY

The Crane and Rigging Rodeo at ConExpo 2011 was a tremendous success! Crane operators performed tasks that challenged their ability to operate a crane and suspended load through a pre-designated course. Riggers performed inspections, knot tying and load rigging/handling as a part of their contest.

Visit the Crane Institute Certification website to find out the winners of the events. The rodeo’s main sponsor was Maximum Capacity Media who engaged the assistance of Industrial Training International, Crane Institute of America, The Crosby Group, Slingmax, and Vortex Simulators during the weeklong event.
